NEW!!! Meditteranean Cookery Courses on Palmižana and Hvar
Our classes are fun and enable you to enjoy preparing and eating the best specialities from this part of the World, from fish brudettos to risottos and succulent dishes from the sea. Our skillful cookery tutors demonstrate and teach you how to cook the Meditteranean way using local herbs such as rosemary, basil, sage, locally caught fresh fish and home grown vegetables and Dalmatian home made olive oil.  The courses run through September and October for a duration of 4 hours per day while each day you learn how to prepare two to three dishes from various parts of the Medittearnean (from Dalmatian to Italian, Greek and North African Dishes).  Enjoy your holiday while learning new culinary skills in excellent company, eating and drinking the best quality food and wine.

Villa Jacomina, the old summer residence of the family Meneghello,
